Booking Policy

  • Time of arrival

Your booking duration starts at the time it has been confirmed for, rather than the time of arrival. As demand is so high, we are unable to hold the table for longer than 15 minutes, so we recommend you arrive as promptly as possible

 

  • Cancellations and no shows

We understand that circumstances may change and you may be unable to attend your booking. That’s not a problem, just let us know in advance. We allow for cancellations up to 24 hours in advance, after which we reserve the right to charge your card the pre-authorisation amount. If you do not show up for your booking, we will redeem the pre-authorisation. Cancellations can be made either by replying to your booking confirmation or emailing reservations@oneeightsix.co.uk

 

  • Group Sizes

We are currently operating in line with government guidance and can only allow parties of up to 6 guests to book. All groups must be from either the same household or from within an organised support bubble. We also ask that all groups of five people or more are mixed male and female.   • Multiple Bookings from the same party

In line with our Group Size policy, we are unable to take multiple bookings from the same group for the same time, and we will contact you in advance to amend or cancel your booking should this happen. We have made changes to our operation to ensure we are Covid-19 safe, and unfortunately multiple groups from the same party interferes with some of these measures.

 

  • Table Durations

Our online booking system will offer you the durations available for your party. The maximum duration available is 2 hours. If you know you would like the table for a longer period, or for the full duration of the evening, we may be able to accommodate this by allotting you a minimum spend. We always consider specific customer requests but cannot guarantee we will be able to accommodate them
